• The enrollment of newly admitted students will be done after selection based on the criteria mentioned in the Special Cooperation Protocol, through a special electronic platform of the University of West Attica, under the supervision of the Secretariat.
  • The institutional codes, which are necessary to enter the University’s electronic platform, are sent to the students via e-mail or SMS (based on the contact details provided in the registration form).
  • In the electronic platform of the University, these students should complete their online registration by submitting the following documents:
    1. ID card or passport
    2. Student Visa (if required, depending on the student’s country of origin)
    3. Secondary school (High-school) diploma (original and translation to English)
    4. Grades of all the courses of the last grade in secondary school (original and translation in English)
    5. One (1) recent color photo (passport or ID type)
    6. Certificate of English Language Proficiency at B2 or TOEFL level (with a minimum score of 79/120)
  • After the submission of the supporting documents, the FLUSP Secretariat will send the certificates of study to the registrant(s).
  • The supporting documents and the deadlines for their submission are specified each year by the FLUSP Secretariat in respective Notices.
  • In the event that the online registration of an admission candidate(s) is not possible for any reason (e.g. mobile phone number, force majeure, serious illness, military service, natural disaster or any other important reason for which the online registration could not be completed in time), it is possible to register after the deadline for submission of the online application, following a request by the admission candidate, stating the reasons for the delay.In this case, the registration procedure is carried out by submitting the application directly to the FLUSP Secretariat either by physical presence, or by using electronic means (e.g., submission of the application by e-mail or a specially designed platform) or by post. When using electronic means or postal delivery, the completion of the registration requires the submission of a solemn declaration by the successful candidate and applicant for registration, issued through a relevant governmental website of the country of origin, corresponding to the website www.gov.gr or with a physical signature with a certificate of authenticity from a competent authority of the country of origin, stating that all the information and any supporting documents submitted are accurate and true.Late registration must be submitted within a time limit of forty-five (45) days from the closing date for online registration. Registration shall be completed or not, by reasoned decision of the EPA. Any successful applicants who are not registered by this procedure shall lose the above right of registration).
